Owner and Operator

Anthony D. Liles, M.Ed., CQA - Board Certified Credit Repair Consultant and Certified Professional Resume Writer is the the owner and operator of Impact Resumes and Credit Repair LLC (dba Impact Credit Repair and Impact Resumes).

Anthony had a vision to help people after attending an employability workshop hosted by the Durham County Employment Security Commission and after completing the Credit Consulting Certification hosted by the Credit Consultants Association.  

Not only is Anthony a professional resume writer and credit repair consultant, he has spent the last 13 years implementing quality management systems for the automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries through high-level technical writing, quality engineering, process improvement and internal auditing.   Anthony holds post his baccalaureate education in Instructional Design from North Carolina State University and a dual-bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems from Shaw University.  He also received Exemplary Global accredited Lead Auditor certification in ISO9001 Quality Management Systems,  ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems & ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems -and- also hold ISO13485 Medical Device - Internal Auditor certification.  Anthony is married to Jackie and three children.
